( Cincinnati ) - The Hamilton County Prosecutor has announced charges related to the overdose death of a jail inmate earlier this year.

Kadeem Kelly is charged with involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, and fentanyl trafficking. Kelley was an inmate in the Hamilton County Jail and was working as a porter when Satwinder Singh (pictured) suffered a fatal overdose. Investigators say Kelley supplied the drugs that killed Singh.
