( Cincinnati ) - It was April 3, 2019, when Brian Rini allegedly approached police officers in Newport, Kentucky, claiming to be Timothy Pitzen. Pitzen was last seen in Aurora, Illinois, in 2011 when he was 6-years-old, meaning he would be about 14 by now. Federal prosecutors say the problem is: Brian Rini is 24-years-old and from Medina, Ohio.
