Cincinnati Murder Suspect Found Dead in Milwaukee

( Milwaukee, WI ) - A man wanted for a murder in Cincinnati apparently took his own life Wednesday night after a standoff with Police in Wisconsin. Milwaukee's Assistant Police Chief says Gary Eubanks Jr., 25, died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Assistant Chief Michael Brunson said they tracked him to an apartment and made a number of attempts to get Eubanks to surrender peacefully. After about 4 hours they heard a gunshot from inside the apartment. Officers went inside to find Eubanks dead.

Cincinnati Police believe Eubanks was the one responsible for the death of 18-year-old Bailey Wall. Wall was found dead Oct. 23rd near Woodward High School.

It's believed the two were on the run after robbing a hotel in Alabama.
