Sheriff: More Than $65,000 In Drug Paraphernalia Intercepted In Butler Co.

(Butler County) -- The Butler County Sheriff's Office has intercepted drug paraphernalia totaling $65,000.

During the week of October 14th Sheriff Richard K. Jones says special agents and Postal Inspectors found 952 THC cartridges, seven pounds of marijuana and hashish wax in parcels being shipped from Hamilton to Oxford.

Approximately $2,700 was also found as well. Officials say THC products disguised as candy, lip balm, gummies and more were also seized.

A laboratory is currently testing the items before any charges could be filed.
