(Fairfield, OH) -- A traffic report is providing more details about a deadly crash in Fairfield last month.
Police say it's likely Morance Harrison was driving recklessly and impaired when he crashed into a pond at the Villages of Wildwood Apartments on September 30. He was driving a 2003 Ford F-150 near Ross Road when he lost control in the pond. He was able to save his four-year-old son, but when didn't resurface after searching for his daughter.
The Butler County Coroner says Harrison and his six-year-old daughter Nena died from accidental drowning. She was sitting in the truck bed of the vehicle at the time of the crash. It's not known where the four-year-old was sitting at the time of the crash.
