( Warren County ) - A Lebanon man will spend the rest of his life in prison, and he won't even have a chance at parole for 25 years.
On Thursday, 35-year-old Jimmy Smith was sentenced to life by Warren County Judge Robert Peeler. In August, Smith pleaded guilty to multiple counts including rape and use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. Police say in the first three months of this year, Smith sexually abused a 4-year-old and an 8-year-old girl and took naked pictures of them. On March 11, Smith sent one of those pictures to an undercover officer in Texas, leading to his arrest.
