(Cincinnati,OH) - Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters announced Rape and Child Pornography charges against William Joseph Bustillos III.
Bustillos was arrested last week after Milford Police informed the Lockland Police Department about the possibility of a child pornography suspect. A disturbing scene was described by the Lockland Police after executing a search warrant for Bustillos's home.
William Joseph Bustillos III was reported to have photographed and raped a 5 year-old boy between November 1st and December 31, 2018.
Bustillos has been indicted on 3 counts Rape, 1 count of Gross Sexual Imposition, 2 counts of Pandering Sexually Orientated Matter involving a Child and 1 count of illegal Use of a Minor in a Nudity Oriented Material. If convicted Bustillos could face up to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Bustillos is scheduled to appear in front of a Hamilton County Grand Jury on September 9th.
