(Cincinnati) - Hamilton County Emergency Management and Homeland Security will be testing the Wireless Emergency Alert System tomorrow.
This test will go out starting at 9 a.m. to most wireless phones and will show up as a text message on all capable devices.
Officials want those in Hamilton County to know that this message is just a test. The message will clearly state that.
