Kentucky Man Pleads Not Guilty to Assaulting Trump Protester

( Cincinnati, OH ) - The man charged with attacking an anti-Trump protester pleaded not guilty in Hamilton County Court Friday and was ordered held on $10,000 bond.

29 year-old Dallas Frazier is facing a misdemeanor assault charge after he was caught on video punching a 61 year-old man several times.

The man was part of a group demonstrating near US Bank Arena, where President Trump held his rally Thursday night.

A man, who claimed to be nearby, told 700WLW's Scott Sloan that Frazier had been provoked.

Frazier is from Georgetown, KY, but says he was not in town for the rally. His attorney's called the location unfortunate.
