(Cincinnati,OH)- A motion has been filed to seek the dismissal of indictment for former Judge Tracie Hunter.
This comes after allegations of Ohio Supreme Court Justice Patrick DeWine's use of his public office to obtain employment for his son with the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Deters' office.
The motion also states Patrick DeWine was not relieved of his duties, charged with a crime nor found guilty of ethics violations.
Tracie Hunter's attorney, David Singleton, filed the motion on Saturday July 27th.
Hunter still claims her innocence while serving a six month sentence in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
