Supporters of Tracie Hunter say she is now being threatened with prison.

Supporters of former Hamilton County Judge Tracie Hunter say now she is being threatened with having to serve a year and a half in prison. Bishop Bobby Hilton who visited Hunter in the Hamilton County Justice Center says she was told she is in violation of her probation by refusing to sign a document saying she will pay court costs.

Hilton writes on FACEBOOK that Hunter was told the cost of the court proceedings would be millions and the former judge would not agree to pay. Hilton also says Hunter remains in pain from being dragged off to jail and has filed a grievance against the Sheriffs department for how she was handled. Earlier this week, Hamilton County Judge Patrick Dinkelacker ordered Hunter locked up for six months for a conviction regarding misconduct in office dating back to 2014.

Hilton says he will discuss the case in greater detail with our Bill Cunningham at Noon today here on Newsradio 700 WLW.

You can read the Facebook post from Hilton below and see a copy of the grievance filed against the sheriff by Tracie Hunter.
