The next step is arraignment in Butler County Court.
The suspect in the murders of four people in West Chester back in April is now locked up in the Butler County Jail. Gurpreet Singh waived extradition from Conneticut and has been returned to the Tristate. He is being held for now without bond.
Prosecutors are not releasing any information about a possible motive in the murders of Singh's wife and three other relatives but those who knew the victims say they suspected Singh all along. He was the one who called 911 to report that the others had been killed.
If convicted, Singh could be sentenced to death.
