UPDATE: Springfield Twp Police gave an update late Monday afternoon to announce an arrest in the case. Police say the little girl's father, 33-year-old Jeramie Turner has been arrested and charged in connection with his daughter going missing on Sunday night. He's charged with endangering children and obstructing official business, both misdemeanor counts.
Despite that announcement, it's still unclear exactly how 3-year-old Janyila got into the empty, locked apartment just a few doors down from her family's home on Meredith Drive.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP (Hamilton County, OH) – The Springfield Township Police Department reports that 3 year old Janyila Turner has been reunited with her parents. Janyila was last seen in the area of 1570 Meredith Dr. in Springfield Township at approximately 9:00 p.m. last night and was reunited with her family this morning. We don't have details yet on where she was but police say she is OK.
