(700 WLW)- The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continues the investigation after a two vehicle fatal traffic crash Wednesday afternoon. The crash occurred just before 130 on State Route 350 about ½ mile east of State Route 123 in Washington Township.A 2006 red Cadillac Deville, operated by 60 year old Dexter L. Atkins, of Lebanon was traveling westbound on State Route 350. A 2006 white Dodge Ram 2500, operated by 68 year old James L Trammel, of Oregonia was traveling eastbound on State Route 350. The Cadillac traveled off the right side of the roadway, over-corrected and traveling left of center striking the Dodge RAM head on. Atkins was not wearing a seat-belt and pronounced dead at the scene. L. Trammel was transported to University of Cincinnati West Chester Hospital with non-life threatening injuries by Turtlecreek Township Fire/EMS
