PICS: Artistry Cincinnati Coming to Downtown

( Cincinnati ) - Details released Monday for another development along the Ohio River.

Indianapolis-based developer Milhaus has released its plans for "Artistry Cincinnati," described as a $75 million mixed-use, seven-story apartment project for Pete Rose Way near the Purple People Bridge.

It will feature 344 apartments, 8,000 square feet of commercial space, and nearly 400 parking spots.

Also, Milhaus' "Artistry" brand incorporates the arts into development, and for Artistry Cincinnati, Milhaus says it will work with local artists to come up with large-scale pieces on the building's exterior along with rotating pieces in a gallery space.

A statement from Milhaus says it expects to break ground in late summer of this year, and be open for business in the summer of 2021. Milhaus previously developed the Poste project in Walnut Hills and Gantry in Northside.
