A man who has been on death row in Ohio since 1991 will have to wait to learn if he will become a free man. Genesis Hill who was initially convicted of murdering his infant daughter and sentenced to death has been ordered to get a new trial by a federal judge. Hill was back in Hamilton County Court today for a plea hearing in that case but it has been continued until later in June. New evidence has surfaced showing that Hill was falsely convicted of Aggravated Murder indicating that the death of the baby was actually an accident as he has claimed all along.
