(700 WLW)- Just before 730 PM Tuesday night, Boone County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the 8800 block of Richmond Road in Union for a report of a subject who had been stabbed in the abdomen. The victim, a male 15 year juvenile alleged that he had been stabbed in the abdomen by 18 year old August Schoer. Once on scene, deputies learned Schoer flagged down EMS personnel in the area, handed the knife over to them and waited for deputies to arrive. The victim was flown to University Hospital in Cincinnati via Air Care, with serious injuries. Schroer, of Union has been placed under arrest and charged with assault.
