(700 WLW)- The Hamilton County Sheriffs Department identifying the victim of Monday afternoons crash in the 5800 block Salem Road, in Anderson Township. The two vehicle crash occurring just before 3PM. That's when 22 year old Deandre Harvey struck a Chevy Tahoe driven by 64 year old Robert Kyle of Cincinnati. Both drivers were taken to the hospital. Mr Kyle later died from injuries. Both occupants were not wearing seat belts. The Hamilton County Sheriffs Department continue the investigation.
