(700 WLW)- The United States Postal Service honoring local Mail Handler, William Leonard for half a century of delivering mail. Mr Leonard started delivering the mail in March of 1969. He will be honored at a ceremony on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Cincinnati Processing and Distribution Center, 4th floor cafeteria, 1623 Dalton Ave., Cincinnati, OH. Leonard is a long time resident of Cincinnati and graduated from Taft High School, class of 1968. “William L. Leonard has served as a valued member of the Postal Service team and greatly contributes to the respected tradition of serving the City of Cincinnati and surrounding areas,” said acting Plant Manager Mary Sinkfield Leach.
