(Boone County) - After six hours of deliberations a jury has found David Dooley guilty in the murder of Michelle Mockbee.
This is the second time Dooley has been found guilty in the death of his former coworker whose body was discovered at the Thermo Scientific Building in 2012.
He worked as a janitor at the office while she was the head of human resources.
Dooley faces up-to 50-years for her death. He was convicted in her killing five-years-ago, but that verdict was thrown out after defense attorneys realized they didn't receive video evidence related to the case.
