(700 WLW)- The Ohio State Highway Patrol have identified the two victims after a double fatal accident Monday night in Clinton County. It happened at around 930 on State Route 134-South in Wilmington. OHSP have identified the victims as 20-year-old Wendy Brewer and a 14-month-old baby girl. State Troopers say a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier being driven by a 16-year-old boy was traveling southbound when it attempted to pass a 2016 Dodge Caravan. The Cavalier struck the Caravan from behind, went left of center, and struck a northbound 2002 Buick Century head-on. The Cavalier was then struck by a second northbound vehicle, a 2000 Ford Taurus, and caught fire. OHSP continues their investigation.
