Tri-State Wholesale Building Supplies has been operating in the West End since 1987. It's moving to Lower Price Hill, however, to make room for FC Cincinnati's stadium. It sold its property on Central Ave last year, and bout seven acres along Evans St.
The ceremony to break ground on that new location in the MetroWest Commerce Park is set to happen at 10am on Tuesday. If everything goes according to plan, the new facility should be ready to go with window manufacturing and more sometime early next year.
