(Cincinnati) - New life is coming to the former Macy's building in downtown Cincinnati.
Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., known as 3CDC, has bought the building for $7.5 million.
Known as Fountain Place, the building only has one tenant currently, a book store. Palomino restaurant closed in October and the downtown Cincinnati Tiffany & Co. store moved to Kenwood Mall.
3CDC hasn't finalized any plans for the building yet, but says they envision turning it into a mixed-use development with office and commercial space.
