Sheriff: Robbery Suspect had an Assault Rifle

( Anderson Twp ) - The Hamilton County Sheriff's office is investigating an armed robbery from early Monday morning.

A statement from Sheriff Jim Neil says an employee of Belterra Park Gaming was robbed by a suspect with an assault rifle in the parking lot of the racino on Kellogg Road just after 2am.

That male suspect made off with cash, but the victim was not hurt. He's described as a white man in his mid 20's, 6 foot 2, wearing a beige fedora hat and a navy pea coat. He drove off in a white Toyota Corolla with tinted windows and black rims.
