(Pike County) - The fourth suspect in the family accused of killing eight members of another Pike County family has pleaded not guilty.
George "Billy" Wagner III, along with his wife and two sons, is facing eight counts of aggravated murder as well as 14 other charges for the deaths of the Rhoden family in 2016's Pike County massacre.
Wagner is due back in court next month. Gag orders have been issued to law enforcement and those involved in the case, meaning they can't speak about it publicly.
Investigators say a custody dispute played a role in the killings.
