Cincy Spotlight Featuring Pete Ventura of Integrity Express Logistics

Pete Ventura is a founding owner and CEO at Integrity Express Logistics.  His main goal is to keep IEL ahead of the curve. To do so, he focuses on industry standards and changes, employee success and motivational fit, and apt internal growth.  Pete worked in various transportation roles before joining forces with family members James Steger and Matt Ventura to create and build their own 3PL 12 years ago.  Since then, business has expanded to five total locations and continues to grow.  The owners consistently stayed true to their operating core values which include integrity, high performance, passion for excellence, sharing ideas, and team effectiveness.  Integrity Express Logistics’ home office is located in the heart of Blue Ash and is currently home to over 400 employees.  IEL has consistently been awarded Best Places to Work, Fast 55, Small Business of the Year, and Top 5000 Small Businesses.

Pete had also been recognized for both his entrepreneurship and leadership – in both 2016 and 2017, he was recognized as a finalist for Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.  Pete, a Cincinnati local, grew up in Norwood, attended Purcell Marian High School, and graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  He currently resides in Montgomery, Ohio with his wife, Miranda, and their three children Peter III, Noah, and Penelope.
