Second Wagner Pleads Not Guilty To Charges

(Pike County, OH) - The second Wagner family member suspected in the Rhoden family murders was in court Wednesday.

George Wagner IV pleaded not guilty to eight counts of aggravated murder and 14 other charges.  His brother Edward "Jake" Wagner did the same in a Pike County courtroom yesterday. Hanna Rhoden, the mother of Jake's daughter, was among the dead in the massacre.

Investigators say child custody may have played a role in the deaths of Hanna and her seven family members.

George "Billy" Wagner III and Angela Wagner are also expected in court in the next week.
