(Pike County) - Edward "Jake" Wagner is expected in a Pike County courtroom tomorrow.
Wagner, along with three other of his family members, is accused of working with his family to kill eight members of the Rhoden family in April 2016.
He's expected in court at 9 a.m. for an arraignment on eight aggravated murder charges.
Jake is the third of the four family members to go to court. His brother George Wagner IV is expected for arraignment on the same charges Wednesday.
