Freestore Foodbank Feeds Thousands on Day One of Thanksgiving Distribution

( Cincinnati ) - Once again, the Freestore Foodbank has started its annual meal distribution for Thanksgiving, and in a statement Monday evening, the charity says thousands of households were helped on the first day.

A statement released Monday evening says on day one of the Thanksgiving Holiday Food Distribution, the Freestore Foodbank gave holiday meals to 3,188 households, feeding over 9,000 adults and children.

Tuesday is day two of the meal distribution, and it will run from 8am to 6pm at the Freestore Foodbank, located at 112 E Liberty St in Cincinnati. Several Bengals players are expected to volunteer there around 10am.
