(Cincinnati) - The United Way of Cincinnati's board chair has resigned.
It's been a tumultuous week at the charity, and Poston's resignation comes on the heels of CEO Michael Johnson leaving the post he's held since this summer and returning to his former job in Wisconsin.
An employee says Poston created a hostile work environment for Johnson. Several employees asked her to leave her post during a meeting on Thursday.
In her resignation letter, Poston says she hopes stepping down will pave the way to move the community forward.
