Free Flu Shots Being Offered Sunday

( Cincinnati, OH ) - Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is implementing an aggressive campaign to increase the number of children in the Tri-State who are vaccinated against influenza.

The Cincinnati Health Department reports that the number of students who get the vaccine has been declining. In 2014, they say, 6,200 were immunized. In 2015, that declined to 4,600. In 2016, it declined further to 3,823. In 2017, 3,726 were immunized.

So on October 14th, at various locations, free flu shots are being offered. Everyone is encouraged to stop by and get their shot.
