GALLERY: FC Cincinnati Releases New Stadium Concept Designs

( Cincinnati ) - FC Cincinnati has released multiple images of potential designs for its soon-to-be constructed stadium.

A statement from the team says the concept drafts were designed by Meis Architects with local support from Elevar

The images will be shown Tuesday evening in a presentation to the Executive Committee of the West End Community Council. The designs are for a 25,500 to 26,500-capacity stadium in the West End. It features a canopy roof that completely covers all seating rows. The Bailey is designed to be in the north end of the stadium with plans to be double the size of its current incarnation at Nippert Stadium.

This is considered the first of four design stages with additional changes to be made prior to the start of formal construction next year.

The full concept plan is scheduled to be presented to Cincinnati City Council on November 19.
