(700 WLW)- Franklin Police continue their investigation after a pedestrian was Monday night near Harrison and Roberts Avenues. Early reports have a 14 year old boy riding his bike near an alley when he darted in front of a car. Witnesses at the scene say the car had no way of stopping before striking the bike. The juvenile was transported to a hospital with non life threatening injuries.
