UPDATE: The Butler County Coroner has issued a statement identifying the victim in Monday's crash.

( Fairfield Twp ) - One person has died after a crash in Fairfield Township.
Police say a 2013 Nissan was driving southwest on State Route 128 when it went left of center, striking a Hyundai going the opposite direction.
The Nissan then hit a semi-trailer that was also going the opposite direction before coming to a stop after striking a guardrail. The driver of the Hyundai was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan refused medical treatment and the truck driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
Police haven't identified the victim of the crash.
