(Cincinnati) - Cincinnati Police are looking for suspects who they say broke into a car in the Washington Park parking garage.
They say the suspects entered the garage and cut the fabric top of a vehicle so they could get into it and steal items.
Both of the suspects then returned to the car to cause more damage.
