( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- Police are looking for answers on a shootout. At about 6:30 PM on Saturday, September 15, officers responded to the 600 block of Rockdale Ave. in Avondale for reports of a shooting.
One man reportedly exited a silver SUV and fired upon another man in a maroon van. The man in the van returned fire, striking the man in the SUV multiple times. The alleged shooter in the SUV was then taken to UC Medical Center with possible life-threatening injuries.
The man in the maroon van left the scene and called 9-1-1. He is reportedly cooperating with the investigation. Police ask anyone with information on the incident to call CrimeStoppers at (513) 352-3040.
