(Cincinnati) - Fourteen Cincinnati schools are failing compared to others in the state.
The Ohio Department of Education released the 2018 School Report Cards Thursday, assigning each school district a performance-based letter grade.
Cincinnati Public Schools received a D on average.
No schools in the district got an A and 14 schools received an F.
Grades are based on achievement, progress, improving at-risk K-3 readers, gap closing, preparedness for success and graduation rate.
