(700 WLW)- Kentucky's governor has lost another round Monday in a legal fight over his efforts to require poor people to get a job to keep their medicaid benefits. A federal judge in Kentucky dismissed Governor Matt Bevin's lawsuit seeking a ruling that his proposed changes to the state's Medicaid program were lawful. The Governor has said, if he does not win an appeal and the changes don't go into effect, he would end expanded medicaid in the state.
