Answering the Call for Kyle Plush

The family of Kyle Plush says he did everything he should have done to save his life. After becoming trapped in his van in a school parking lot, he used SIRI to dial 911 for help. In two calls, he gave his name, location and the type of van he was stuck inside. Despite his pleas for assistance though the dispatchers and police could not locate him and he died.  Now, the family says they owe it to Kyle to make sure that the nationwide 911 system is improved for others facing a life threatening emergency.

A new charity has been established in his name known as the Kyle Plush Answer the Call Foundation. It will be accepting donations and recruiting volunteers to assist in their campaign to improve the emergency response system in Cincinnati and across the United States.
