( South Cumminsville, OH ) - On Friday July 27th, District Three Police responded to the 1700 block of Weber Street for a report of a person shot.
Elijah Wheeler, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police on Tuesday arrested Khalia English, 29, and charged him with murder.
The investigation is on-going.
