( Hebron, Kentucky ) - The restauranteur company that already operates eateries like Outback Steakhouse and Chick-fil-A at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is announcing two new dining options for the 2018 summer travel season.
HMSHost has opened Hop & Cask in CVG's Concourse B near Gate 17. A press release says it's a restaurant that "celebrates the region's distilling heritage with a selection of bourbons and whiskeys," along with beers and craft cocktails. Food on the menu is described as "elevated pub favorites" that include pretzel sticks with beer cheese and a charcuterie board.
Also, there's now Blaze Pizza in Concourse A. It's described as a "fresh, quick-service dining option," that offers a variety of toppings out of a open-flame oven in 180 seconds.
A statement from HMSHost promises to open a Christian Moerlein Malt House Taproom in the airport later this year.
