( West Chester) - Two people are in police custody after authorities say they were operating what is a likely rolling meth lab in West Chester.
Police say just after midnight on Wednesday, they found a truck pulling a smaller trailer with no plates in the parking lot of a closed business on Wunnenberg Way and two suspects were there, making methamphetamine.
Darrell Jones, 52, and Laura McCoy, 49, were arrested at the scene and are being held in the Butler County Jail.
Jones has been charged with felony and misdemeanor possession charges. McCoy is charged with charges related to manufacturing drugs, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hazmat crews were called to the scene.
