A Sycamore Township man is facing charges of Sexual Battery and Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor after being accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The victim told investigators she met Scott Kravetsky, 24, on Omegle, an online video/text chatroom, said Hamilton Sheriff Jim Neal in a statement.
Police said Kravetsky made arrangements to pick her up from Middletown and bring her to his home.
Once at Kravetsky's home, he gave he girl alcohol, and engaged in sexual contact with her, said Sheriff Neal.
The victim while still at Kravetsky's home had a medical emergency, which led to a response by EMS and law enforcement.
The girl told officers what happened and they took Kravetsky into custody.
