( Mt Healthy ) - Police say a man suspected of kidnapping and raping a woman more than a month ago is now in custody.
20-Year-Old Adrian Hucherson was arrested early Monday morning in Colerain Twp. Police say he was found intoxicated and asleep in a car he allegedly broke into on Fernhaven Ct.
Hucherson is charged with aggravated burglary, kidnapping, and raping a woman in Mt Healthy on May 20. He allegedly broke into the woman's home on Forest Ave, held her against her will, and threatened her during the sexual assault. Police say he's been on the run in the weeks since.
