New Leadership at Cincinnati's 911 Call Center

( Cincinnati ) - More than a month after the death of 16-year-old Kyle Plush, and the City of Cincinnati continues to investigate and make changes to it's Emergency Communications Center

A memo Tuesday from Acting City Manager Patrick Duhaney says that as of Wednesday, Cincinnati Police Captain James Gramke will no longer be the head of the ECC and Chief Techology Officer Jayson Dunn will be the temporary manager. Duhaney calls Dunn "uniquely qualified to lead the operational and technology aspects of this role." Before he worked for Cincinnati, Dunn was the director of the Hamilton County Emergency Communications Center.

Captain Gramke is moving to the Cincinnati Police Patrol Administration. Duhaney thanks Gramke for his "tireless work to guide ECC during this critical time of transition."
