( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- Just before 8AM on May 20, a rape was reported. The suspect was last seen running on Stephens Avenue after the crime was reported. He is described as a young black male, possibly in his late teens, with a thin build, and about 6-feet tall, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt.
