( West End ) - Cincinnati Police arrested a woman Thursday, charging her the death of her infant daughter this past March.
Jessica Hayes, 38, was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of her six-month-old daughter Danielle Hale. District One Police responded to a residence in the West End on March 1 for a call about an unresponsive infant. When officers arrived, they found a deceased infant.
According to court documents, Hayes admitted to using fentanyl in the presence of Danielle and the infant died due to exposure.
