( Middletown, OH ) - Middletown High School is closed Wednesday due to a threat that school officials say was “specific enough” that closing is the best option.
Staff at the school was alerted to the threat this afternoon. School Resource Police Officers interviewed students and staff about the threats. Members of the Butler County Emergency Management Agency are scanning social media for information.
Middletown High School seniors are set to graduate tonight. The school says they plan to have increased police presence at graduation.
