Plane Crash in Hamilton

( HAMILTON, OH ) — A pilot took off in a small plane from the Butler County Regional Airport just before 10 AM, March 15, when his engine failed. He circled back in crash landed at the airport.

Hamilton fire crews and paramedics were called in and pulled the pilot from his plane. Fire Chief Mark Mercer says he was conscious when pulled from the wreckage, but his condition is unknown. The pilot was treated on site and then taken to University Hospital. His identity is unknown at this time.
