(700 WLW)- Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil confirming at approximately 10 PM Monday night, Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the 1200 block of Congress Avenue for the report of two people being shot. Upon Deputies arrival, they found two victims. The victims have been identified as 59 year old, Anthony Alexander and 57 year old Chirklet Alexander.
Investigators learned that an unknown person(s) fired into the Alexander's residence several times striking Mr. Alexander in the back, then grazing his wife as they stood in an upstairs bedroom of the residence. Both Mr. and Mrs. Alexander were transported to the University Hospital Medical Center. At the time of this report, both are listed in stable condition.
